The world of wedding websites dictates that at this point here we should tell you our very romantic love story. I am not going to do this. What material will James have left for the big day? 

Instead for those I have not told I will tell you the story of our engagement. 

The morning was like any other Saturday morning, woke up had coffees. I looked at James getting ready for our walk and he had put jeans on, not his normal lock down trackies. I was excited, I thought I might be treated with a trip to the garden centre. We took Lily to our favourite park near us, we got to a bit that is a beach/island next to a stream. I picked up a little twig for Lily to fetch, James very seriously said Lulu.

I in this moment expected to turn round to see him with a really good stick for Lily. But no he was down on one knee asking me to marry him. It was honestly lovely, after a hug and some tears we wondered where Lily had gone. We turned and she was staring at us taking the biggest poo she has ever done 💩
It is safe to say Lily was not fully accepting of the news.
